The Salone del Mobile takes place during Milan Design Week. It brings together leading brands that shape the international furniture sector, presenting prototypes and innovations in furnishings, domestic spaces, and lifestyles, including bedrooms, living and dining areas, entrance corridors and service areas.
The Salone di Mobile operates as a hub of experimentation and cross-pollination, promoting dialogue between different disciplines and market players, strengthening connections across the industry and creating new business opportunities within the furniture and design sector.
The brands represented by Aldeco, including Sunbrella, Fischbacher 1819, Crevin, Coordonné and Jannelli & Volpi will be present at Salone del Mobile (iSaloni).

The Salone del Mobile dates for the 2026 edition run from 21 to 26 April at Rho Fiera Milano, with a diverse programme of events across the trade fair.
Rather than following a single itinerary, the Isaloni agenda operates as a multi-layered system of event formats, including workshops, talks, masterclasses, round tables, installations, press conferences, and forums.
Alongside the main exhibition, international brands activate their own programmes across stands and showrooms in different forms, from brand and collection presentations to showcooking, art installations, exhibitions, talks, cocktail parties and showroom experiences.

Ai Weiwei x Rubelli: A must-see installation
At the Salone di Mobile, materials often take centre stage. Each year, designers, artists, and craftspeople reinterpret traditional materials in new and unexpected ways.
One of the standout moments of the Salone del Mobile 2026 edition is an installation created by artist Ai Weiwei in collaboration with Rubelli, a Venetian textile house renowned for its expertise in silk weaving. The project transforms traditional silk lampas fabric, enriched with gold thread, into a fully immersive interior environment composed entirely of textile. The composition incorporates woven motifs drawn from Ai Weiwei’s visual language, including surveillance cameras, chains, and handcuffs.
Presented inside Rubelli’s Milan showroom, the project moves beyond the idea of a decorative display and instead creates a fully spatial experience constructed entirely from fabric. As visitors move through the space, the textile surrounds and shapes their perception, turning fabric into architecture.
